General

  • Yay! We would love to work with you too!

    1. You can contact us through our website's inquiry form.

    2. We can then schedule a complimentary 30 min consultation call to hear more about your project.

    3. After the call, we will send over a project proposal that offers solutions to help you meet your goals.

    4. Once you have decided to proceed with the project, we will send over a contract and an initial invoice.

    5. Once those are taken care of, you will be booked into our calendar. You can schedule your first strategy call with us and we will get started on your project!

  • Absolutely! We work with businesses around the world. As long as you have internet, we are good to go!

  • Yes we do! Depending on your need, we offer a few different payment structures.

    In the standard payment option, after the contract has been signed, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once the project is completed, you will receive the second invoice for the remaining 50%.

    It is possible to divide the payments into 3 or 4 if that works better for you.

  • In order to offer quality work, we accept only a limited number of clients per month. Therefore we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your deposit guarantees a spot in our calendar as we are typically booked out two months in advance.

  • If you are an individual or a registered business within Finland, you will be charged 24% VAT. Prices shown on our website are inclusive of the 24% VAT.

    If you are a registered business outside of the EU (with a Business ID) you will not be charged VAT.

Brand Strategy

  • Your Brand Strategy is one of the main things that will set you apart in a saturated market. Not only will it give you clarity on who you are as a brand and who you are selling to, it will help you confidently communicate and connect with the right clients.

    In today’s day and age, people are not interested in simply buying products and services; they are investing in solutions, stories and shared values.

    So having a solid Brand Strategy backed by research is guaranteed to make your dream clients stop their scroll, pay attention and eventually buy from you.

  • Imagine you are building a house.

    Your Brand Strategy (core, positioning, narrative, messaging and personality) is the foundation, structure, bricks and mortar used to build that house.

    Your Brand Design or Visual Identity (colour palette, typography, logos, imagery etc.) is the paint, furniture and landscaping used to make that home beautiful and inviting.

    They both have their own purposes and they need each other in order for you to have an impactful brand that your dream clients are attracted to and connect with.

  • No it does not. This workshop focuses on creating a long-term plan and forming the right copy for your brand. So we work primarily on strategic elements such as your core, positioning and messaging framework.

  • Your Brand Strategy will influence almost every part of your business. From how you communicate with your clients to the copy on your website the kind of images you share on Instagram.

    We create a Brand Strategy for you specifically with your marketing platforms in mind (website, social media etc.) so that you know what to say and how to say it and to whom to say it to.

    It will also be incredibly useful when onboarding new hires and facilitating conversations with potential investors and customers.

    Do not worry. When you take a Brand Strategy Workshop with us, included is a 1 hour Marketing Strategy Session where we show you how to implement your Brand Strategy across your business.

  • We hear you. It’s one of those tricky things where in order to grow you need a Brand Strategy but in order to afford investing in a Brand Strategy, you need to grow.

    This is why we have made options like payment plans available because we believe the key to faster and more sustainable growth is Brand Strategy.

    So while the investment may feel big right now, it is one that will pay back as you start strategically connecting with the right clients and communicating with them in a way that will grow your sales.

    However, if you feel that the Brand Strategy Workshop is too steep of an investment to make right now, we also offer 90-min Brand Strategy Intensives at a lower investment to focus on problem-areas of your brand. Check out our packages here.

  • For the Brand Strategy Intensive we require you to pay in full before our call.

    For the Brand Strategy Workshop, we offer the following payment plans:

    • 2 payments of €750 (plus 24% VAT), where the first payment is made upon booking your workshop and the 2nd payment is made 30 days after.

    *If you are a registered business outside of Finland, you do not need to pay VAT.

  • The Brand Strategy Workshop takes about 4 weeks

    • 2 weeks preparation time for you

    • 1-3 day for the Brand Strategy call depending on how you structure your calls

    • 1 day for the Marketing Strategy call

    • about 1-2 week for us to prepare the Brand Strategy Presentation for you

  • We do only 2-3 Brand Strategy Workshops for a month so we are typically booked out a couple months in advance. If you have been thinking of working with us, reach out as soon as you can to secure your spot!

  • Absolutely we do! Brand Strategy Workshops are for personal, product-based and service-based businesses.

Visual Identity Design

  • No. We don’t design only logos, we design visual identities.

    Why? Because when you work with us, the success of your business is priority. After working with over 30 businesses, we know that a logo without a full visual identity is as useless and empty as a car without wheels.

  • It’s best to have a few logo variations that you can use in different settings and spaces across your business.

    For example, your social media profile pictures and browser icon will require smaller 1:1 versions of your logo whereas your website, business cards etc. would maybe require a horizontal version of your logo.

    Being equipped with a few different versions of your logo will allow for a cohesive and elevated look for your brand.

  • A Visual Identity Guide is a document that

    • presents all the elements of your visual identity

    • gives you or your creative team guidance on how to use your logos and other visuals in a manner which ensures consistency across all brand communications

  • Once the project is complete you will receive a link to access and download your files from your folder on our Google Drive.

  • We assess each client individually, however, as a general rule we prefer to do a Brand Strategy Workshop before doing the Visual Identity Design.

    As we said before, your business’ success is what is most important to us and our experience working with over 30 businesses thus far has proven that a brand’s success comes primarily from their strategy - not only their aesthetics.

    Therefore in order to ensure your brand’s success we highly recommend investing in the Brand Strategy Workshop and Visual Identity Design.

Web Design

  • Squarespace and Shopify.

    We work with Squarespace for its friendly user-interface, customization options, and how easy it will be for you to maintain the site after it has been launched.

    We also develop on Shopify for product-based businesses for its elevated e-commerce facilities.

  • We sure do! Our website packages are completely customisable because we understand that different businesses have different needs and varying budgets.

    So what do you need? We are here for you.

  • Yes we do! However, we only write website copy for you if you have taken our Brand Strategy Workshop.

  • We assess this case by case but yes we can, if you have the necessary visual elements we need!

  • Usually we require 30% upon booking and the other 70% before the final website is launched

    However payments can also be broken down in 3 or 4 payments.

  • Web Projects usually take between 4-6 weeks depending on how quickly we receive feedback and how many amendments need to be made.

  • Yes, we do website maintenance! This includes updating of content, product photos and descriptions, publishing or editing blog posts, adding testimonials and other relevant updates, etc.

Marketing Strategy

  • We offer monthly strategy sessions but right now we do not do monthly content creation.

  • Our expertise lies in Instagram so we only focus on that. However, we would be happy to recommend other social media managers who could support you with other platforms.

  • Yes we do! Please inquire here for those package investments.
