2.      Purpose of the Personal data file

The purpose of the Personal data file is to maintain, manage, develop, and analyse the needed details of the stakeholders to the business of the Controller in order to conduct business and to develop services.

These details are used to communicate with the stakeholders, and they may be used for marketing purposes or for targeted advertising.

3.      Contents of the Personal data file

The Personal data file can include details from the following data groups:

• Basic information of the registered, including name (first and last name), contact details (phone number and email), public social media profiles (e.g. Instagram handle)

• Business details, including name of business, name of employer, job title, location of the business, business ID, contact details of the business

• Other relevant information pertaining to the business relationship, such as products and services purchased and the details of such transactions and third-party collaborators

• Details of communication with the registered party, including marketing material, invitations and identifiable feedback submissions

• Details about preferences regarding direct marketing

• Billing and administrative details

• Other information given directly by the registered

• No sensitive information is collected

4.      Data disclosure

Data shall not be sold or disclosed to third parties.

5.      Security of the Personal data file

The database containing the data is stored in a cloud-based customer relationship manager and be secured with strong password. The Personal data file shall be accessed only by the Controller’s contact person.

Any tool used to interact with the data shall be protected by industry standard measures and the Controller shall ensure that those tools comply with GDPR and other applicable regulations.

6.      Opt out of data collection and usage

The registered party has a right to opt out from any data collected or restrict how it is used. If you wish to do either, please contact us in writing at the email address given in section 1.

7.      Mailing List

When you are added to our mailing list, you will receive a company newsletter twice a month to your inbox. The contents of the newsletter include branding and marketing tips, free resources, updates on our services and offers and snippets of our journey as a Brand & Marketing Studio. Our service provider for email marketing is FloDesk and this is their privacy policy. You always have the option of unsubscribing from our mailing list.

Information collected by us for our mailing list includes:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Products downloaded

• Interactions with emails

8. Cookies

Controller provides marketing services to other businesses and thereby does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you suspect that your child has provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately. We will promptly remove such information from our records.
